i've played the god of war saga,halo saga, gears of wars etc.. but my favorite games of all time are crystalis,final fantasy 7,zelda ocarina of time and castlevania symphony of the night (an they all have very veeeeeeery good music) :'')

@CrossedCelt Yes. That's exactly what I thought, when I recently revisited this soundtrack. Still and all, this game is so underrated as part of the NES cannon, I can't stand it. I bloody loved this game. It was soooo hard.

God, I MISS this game! My Crystalis cart's save battery died on me a couple years ago and I just don't have the heart to crack it open to see if I can replace it..

I miss this game so much. I still catch myself humming the overworld score now and then.

I completely forgot this game existed until searching mario paint videos a few days ago. Suddenly, about 3 years of my childhood reappeared... this game was definitely the best NES game ever, it trumps even Zelda 1 and 2, and possibly even the first 4 Dragon Warriors.

what about the theme for the emperor's lair inside the pyramid...somehow the cadence of it is very striking and makes it feel like the most critical point of the whole quest, which it kinda is, but it never gets any props on here. It is actually my favorite of all the crystalis themes.
