Hey! I'm going to be doing some e-cig reviews, starting with the Ego-t starter kit, ego passthrough, and i-vape.net's e-juices. In the next couple of weeks i'll be ordering a few "Great e-cig kits for beginner" and doing a review on each of the products. If you wouldn't mind, I'd be overjoyed if you would subscribe and await my videos! :D
NIce Video. I like using the Blue foam. I cut it thick on top to plug the top of the cart but very narrow leading down into the cart for wicking. If you like, you can use my free eJuice calculator to mix your own e-Liquids. Google "eJuice Me Up" Keep on Vaping,
Really like the fluval. I find if you stuff it pretty generously like Phil does in the video, it flows very nicely while not leaking at all. I fill each cart with 15 drops. 6 in the bottom, put the filler in and 9 on top. Cost less than $4 USD for enough to last a solid 6 months to a year.
I got something similar to this at dollar tree (2 pads for $1) labeled as facials cleansing buffs. You can also get it at Walgreens labeled as a facial cleansing sponges.
Works and acts amazing and heard people who tried fluval like this better. I think it is way better than the standard cart material.
Same instructions to refill carts as in this video.
good video, I'm surprised there's not more comments! Im going to have to try that because this poly-fil I think is totally screwing up this experience for me. Everything is tasting like crap, some of the poly-fil seems to be melting. The vapor production is very very good though. Almost too much in like a two seconds of inhaling...
Hey Phil, great video! When you told me about the Fluval, I didn't quite understand what that material looked like. That is genius! I am going to have to play with some of that cause it looks like the quickest, easiest filler material! Do you find that the material is efficient? It seems like it is porous and I would think airflow is great...allowing the liquid to travel to the the atty easily. Let me know, thanks!
When it comes to liquid and air flow it's really customizable. If you find it's leaking a bit or flooding your atomizer just cut the material a little wider and thicker -- this would make your drag a little harder and slow the flow of liquid. A little smaller and you'd increase the flow of both.
As for liquid efficiency, when I decide to clean out my cart, the discarded filler seems to have a whole lot less un-vaped juice soaked in compared to polyfil.

if the atomizer ends up burning this, is it hazardous to inhale?

If you put on CC, it turns into a video about the Holy War in Israel, the Catholic Church, and getting an attorney. Not even kidding! Click CC xD

Just a heads up -- the instructions on the side of the Fluval box say to "rinse thoroughly" before use.

Best part is it's consistent.
