  • She was a flash in the pan and a terrible choke artist. The best thing that ever happened to her was Tonya Harding. Otherwise she would be among the long list of mediocre forgotten skaters.

  • I think this was her best attempt that year with this program. It'a shame she was not a fighter. Anycase this choreography was her best one and even the music was better then any music she choosed during her entire carear.

  • I agree. It is my favorite of all her programs, and the music suited Nancy to a T.

  • @ballinagra13 I wish we could have seen her "Born on the 4th of July" program from '92 when she was at the top of her game in '94. THAT would have been mesmerizing. This one is good (though it was also the one that she had the worst meltdown of her career with--in Prague at the worlds that year) and so was the '94 program (obviously) but in terms of sheer power, I would still say "Born on the 4th of July" was the best one.

  • @iceroby72 I agree with everything except "not a fighter." It takes a fighter to come back from being physically assaulted and skate a (near) perfect Olympic program. But if what you meant was that she seemed unnerved this season and not fully believing in herself, then you have a point.

  • Yes! I have been looking for this clip for an entire year. Thanks so much.
