  • Thank you for breakfast quinoa ideas. Good to remind folks to always really rinse the quinoa well in cold water before use. And nonstick pots and pans are actually very bad for your health, especially after they get scratched. They release toxins into your food which are linked with cancer. Just buy yourself some stainless steel or cast iron or best of all, enamel over cast iron such as Le Creuset! :-)

  • @davidratedrko Quinoa is the only grain known that is a COMPLETE source of protein. A cup of Quinoa is equal to one small steak. Grain sent from heaven.

  • @Juilkca It's not a grain, but a seed. A complete protein means a protein with 8 essential amino acids to human adult development. It is not equal to meat. Quinoa is high in starch. Beef is a better source of fat, has double the protein per gram, higher amounts of the essential amino acids and more vitamins and minerals than quinoa. Quinoa is the king of grain-like foods and starches but beef is king of all food.
