Water is Holy once blessed by a servant of God. We always have big receptions and parties after Baptism. I never thought of a pool party, but I can see doing it...and I am a Pastor in a mainline denomination. The important thing is the commitment and the life lived after the baptism, not where it is done.
It was done at the sacred Community center pool in a freakin swiming suit buy a guy in a t-shirt. Not saying that they aren't trying, but could we at least pretend we are doing a sacred ordinance of the Lord, and not having a swim party at the YMCA?

@pilottim79 You can do a baptism anywhere. It's symbolic. I'm having mine done in a river.
