  • The local stung even though I received Demerol beforehand. After that felt nothing until the local wore off. ICE is needed due to the cauterizing of the blood vessels. Ice and Traumeel cream helped to stop the burning and itching which went on for 4 days. My lash line is numb and dark. Not everyone gets a fairy tale recovery no matter who does the surgery. My result will be excellent, but plan on staying in for a week postop. My surgery in Canada was $3800.
