yeah if anything you would have overrotated. try to wait a tiny bit off the bar, dont rush straight into the somi.

you might try putting a soft spot (like a heavy sting mat) on top of the pit .. try landing into it - and once you've done that a few times - move it to the floor. best of luck!

Nice! That used to be my highbar dismount until I pulled into the bar and landed on the back of my neck on the bar.
