Wow, one of the few golfers playing muscle back irons. Even I play muscle back irons and I am nearly 58. I guess it's a preference, but I absolutely hate cavity back irons, they feel like a marshmellow, even when you hit a solid shot, just no feeback and you will never hit it as true!!
Shake it off and put it behind you. You didn't do anything wrong on 18. You hit a great 3rd, and just got unlucky. Focus on the positive and we'll see you raising a trophy very soon.
