Hi northwestrailfan1, many thanks for your comment and for subscribing, I am glad that you like the railway and the video. If you haven't done so already please check out some of my later videos so that you can see the progress we have made so far.
Hi edwardsweeney24, I am not sure to which one you are referring but the one at the beginning of the video is made up of Metcalfe station and platform kits while the one at the end is the latest Skaledale platform sections together with Metcalfe Island Platform buildings. All the rest are made up of the old Hornby plastic platform sections. Hope this helps!
The Class 50 is fitted with a Howes decoder although they have recently updated their 50 sound to what we have here in Elgar albeit there is not a great deal of difference. The Clayton, meanwhile, is fitted with Olivia's sound, which is the Rolls Royce variant and the only one available for a 17 at the moment. Hopefully, one day, someone will produce a Paxman version.
Aye, i'm working on getting to the magic 1st 1000.All being well should crack it by the summer. Any way, that 50 of yours sounds awesome. Which sound decoder did you use for the Clayton?? Looks & sounds great :-) Cheers.
Sorry about that, meant to comment in the top box above.....bloomin You tube changing the page layout, wished they'd left it as it was before.Oh well. Cheers.
