  • Great lookong bike bro!Drive safe!!!

  • @tsardonnie Thanks!

  • nice bike;-)

  • @abysal311 Nice. Still rockin' it?

  • @Thomazz46 yep, love the bike!

  • How's it on the back and wrists?

  • @Thomazz46 It's fine, only had some problems with wrists when I first road it 2 years ago. No problems now on 3 hour trips.

  • nice bike bro. lol at the people that say too fat. lol they probably dont have and maybe never will have a bike. lol

im a big dude and i got myself one. i say to them at least i got a bike. lol

    ride safe man.

  • @barbeezy1790 ha , thanks man, yeah I'm a big guy these days and I don't give two shits what some internet punk ass clown has to say. People will always find some thing to whine about, this ones too fat, that ones too short, and in reality their situation isn't much better; they don't have jobs, bikes, or whatever.

  • @abysal311 right!!! fuck em. so hows she ride bro? rides dope huh? lol

  • thats it man right way to do it the first time no rush !!! no everybody has te patience

  • I know its been a long time since the vid but how was it to ride? i rode a 250 for a while and was thinking about picking an R6 up.

  • @Ryuu0u It was fine, I had a few stall outs, and took me a bit to get used to sitting up so high. I was used to a Ninja 650R.

  • Ur too fat

  • @Justme2809 ha, good observation homo.

  • WOW I really NEVER noticed how small the bike was man..I am gonna grow to be like 6'6. Is this a bad bike for that height. If so, then what is a good bike for that size??? BTW Great video. Thanks!!! :)

  • gotta start somewhere... My roommate looked exactly the same as you did in that ride when he got his f4i. Made me nervous just watching him. A month later, you'd have thought he was born on the thing.

  • ur too fat

  • @bloodyangel5463 lame; try better kid.

  • Thats one of the most beautiful bike in world iv gotta say ^^ Yamaha for ever <3

  • Im 5' 7" am i too short? Im getting an 05 on saturday

  • @Pductions Well, the R6's seat heights are high compared to all the other sport bikes in the same line up. I am 5'5" and I can't even flat foot one foot on the ground. During a stop, I could put 2 feet down but roughly tippy toeing. You can always shave the seat padding about 1" but I wouldn't recommended lowering any bike. Hope that helps! Btw, I usually wear some converses when I ride (until I get some bike shoes). Good luck and ride safe!

  • 5'11 and still too short? Wow, I think I'm somewhere between 5'6" and 5'7" so one of these seems out of the question.

  • @slantyrock I'm 5'7" and i fit my friends R6 perfect..

  • @dude193547 Thank you sir.

  • From my point of view, don't go on freeways. lol Anyway, awesome bike!

  • @SBERTOL84 yep, I was very awkward on the bike back then. I'm much more confident on the bike now.

  • how tall are you bro, i ask because im hell of tall but am considering getting this bike (after i take an MSF course and start on something smaller of course). you make the bike look a bit small but it could just be me.

  • @ediego86 5'11", just a tad too short for the bike.

  • The R6 is more ideal for taller people. Im 5.9 and I fit on my CBR perfect. The GSXR was a little big, and the R6 even more so in my opinion. If you're like 6ft or taller.... You'd love a 1000cc, but your skill needs to match the bike. You can't go wrong with an R6. Ride safe!

  • Lol first time I drove my 250 out of the dealership I was nervous as fuck hahah I kept forgetting to turn the signals off.

  • wut a noob :p

  • Dude that is one lovely bike :) i was like this on my Derbi senda 125 at first LOL it was my first time riding EVER !

  • @MysteryBiker123 thanks man!

  • @abysal311 :D wish i had one of these bikes :o can only ride 50 or 125 :'(

  • Mang loose some weight....than u will look a lot better......other wise, nice bike and have fun!!

  • nice bike! when i first took my gsxr600 out, 35mph felt like 100mph to me! stay safe out there!

  • Take the MSF course!

  • @Slowdave777 I don't remember exactly, but I took the MSF either before or a short time after this. But yeah I was a bit wary on the R6 at first.

  • @abysal311 How are u riding now, did u get way more comfortable with the bike? and would u recommend starting on a bike like that? was it too much to handle at first?

  • @myroguepwns Fine now, I took it easy, and still do most days. I've been getting lower on my turns, but still have about a half an inch of chicken strips, more on the right, my left turns are better usually. Most times I cruise between 5500 - 8500 rpms. Check out my other vids. I don't think the bike was too much to handle, just take it easy and take an MSF coarse.

  • special K diet ?

  • K I can sit with my feet flat on a ducati 1098s ninja zx6r a triumph 675 yamaha fz1 mv agusta and a BMW 1000r. Could I still put my feet flat on the ground with a maybe 2007-2010 r6? Anybody know? Thank you

  • lol..you look so scared bro but i dont blame you i was the same way when i took my baby for her first spin..nice bike by the way i have a black 06

  • @bored524 Yeah lol, I was being super careful to keep my balance and not fall. The bike was intimidating at first because I was used to a 650 r for the past few weeks or two before getting the R6. I wasn't used to not being able to put both feet firmly down :o Thnx for watching.

  • @bored524 ha thats funny. im only about 5'7 and my feet touched the ground all the way flat. but my friend who is taller than me could only touch his toes lol. i guess i just have long legs :) im glad cuz i want an r6 and am probaly getting one in like a year

  • You look kinda cramped on it, how tall are you?

  • nice video quality and bike too

  • @pyrooo01 Thanks man, & thanks for watching.

  • lmfao all the tall dudes are getting pissed at me HAHAHAH

  • definitely a beginner nice bike and choice of cruising your streets before going to far

  • like one or two years ago, my mum had just the same helmet awesome:D

  • @tobyiy yeah I know then she gave it to me :D

  • @abysal311 lol^^ but i wasnt kidding she really had it some time ago not saying that it doens look good or something

btw fastest reply i ever received i think^^

  • @tobyiy lol :P Yeah i got the helmet on a close out sale on moto cycle super store dot com :D

  • I have the same bike, looks sharp and fast but uncomfortable as hell

  • @iplayrushinrolet Yes, it was definitely uncomfortable when first riding it; my wrists would hurt a bunch for the first few weeks. Now it's super comfortable for me :D

  • hell ya a r6 is too small for u if ur 183 cm get a gsxr dude

r6 is for small dudes like 5,6 ,5,5 ,5,7 IF UR 6 FEET DONT BUY A R6 CAUSE U LOOK GAY ON IT

  • @protubermr I thought it's the other way around? But I think what your saying is that on an R6 you will sit higher up so you will look more goofy if you're 6"? Where as in the gixxer you'll sit more in the bike? My point it if you're short you'll have trouble touching the ground with your feet on the R6. If you want goofy, my bro is 6'2" or so and he rides a 650R :o

  • @protubermr dude u don't know what your talking.. its the other way around the r6's are for taller people..trust me i got one. and my brother has a gsxr and his is shorter, so dont start talking noobie crap squid

  • @vampiro6 yup true i had an 07 suzuki gsxr 750 and now i got an 07 yamaha r6 i sit better on it that the gixxer

  • @vampiro6 I'm 5'7 and I had a R1...

  • @protubermr

re u crazy the gsxr are smaller this r6 sits higher and wider then the gsxr u are crazy rookie..

  • @protubermr

I'm like 170 cm is this for me?

  • @protubermr you sir are and idiot

  • @protubermr your a complete retard at stock height no one that is under 6ft is going to sit and be flat footed on the ground you need to learn about riding obviously, if your 5'5" on a stock height bike like that you'll look like a retard stopping at a light lol

  • here in israel the bikes and the cars r very very expensive because the Importer

here is a monopol.. hes the only importer. he can do what ever he like..

  • i need your help cause here ( israel) the motorcycles is very very expencive.. the r6 here cost around 24000 dollars ( twenty four thousnd) so i dont want to buy and than i'll see that its not fit..

  • I'm 1.93 and just bought a R6. I have no problems with the size of the bike. It is a pretty large bike. But any good dealer will allow you to make a test ride. Is the 24.000 dollars US dollar? And it s a new bike, I asume? I bought a 2004 for 5.500 euro's. That would be 8.000 dollar (US) max.

  • hello everyone .. can someone please help me ..i never sat before on r6 . im 183 cm tall a lot of people told me thats the r6 is too small for me .. is it true ? please i need your advice..

  • I'm 5''11" and if I was any shorter I think the R6 would be too tall for me. I think a GSXR would probably fit me better.

  • @maramgrandiozi

go to a dealership and sit on one......

  • i got same bike mines 50th anniversary, but yeah onece you first ride it for ur first time it will feel like ur seat is high or something like that but once you practice and ride it for like 20min u start to feel more confterble, but yeah this are the best bikes the handleling is freaking awsome!! the looks everything is perfect!

  • yeah dude, ur right, the bike felt super high, especially after i road my bro's 650r. now it feels normal :p man , I can't wait for warm weather again!

  • Comment removed

  • haha yeah i wanna ride again :p specially this summer with my bros n friends our own lil crew lol its tight haha man i love my R6 lol

  • @abysal311

Oh also got the weather problem over there? It sucks I want to ride my r6 so bad especialy now I have a Go Pro HD;-D

  • Yeah man, it seems winter just doesn't want to end. We just finished round 4!

  • hey how tall are u ??

    6ft??

  • 5'11''

  • does the bike feel small?

  • I've never been on a 1000 cc bike. But it feels like you sit high on the bike. I've only been on a 650 ninja before the R6

  • is it akward??

    or comfortable??..

  • yep it's comfortable.

  • Sick bike, can't wait for my first run on R6 :)

Still have to wait 3/4 of a year to be old enough to buy one and drive it :)

    Cheers ;)

  • Thnx man, good luck!

  • did you have any experience before starting with the R6?

And is it difficult to learn with?

    Comftable?

    Grtz

  • Yeah, I first learned to ride a Ninja 650 R. And also took my MSF in a Buell The R6 was a little intimidating because you sit high up on the bike. But after a several hours I got adjusted to the R6. I think anyone who takes it easy and doesn't push their limits will be fine starting on a 600cc super sport.

  • Thx for the answer, can't wait to get myself the 2008 black one ^^

    Drive safe ;)

    Grtz

  • when i first rode my r6 i went ballz out hit 68 on a lil street... i had never ridden a supersport. but now i take it eazy. nice bike:)!!! two thumbs up

  • haha, thanks man, yeah I was very cautious at first :p.

  • good bro

  • I got a question guys from America, do you need a liscence special for bikes to ride a bike?

  • yep, need to take a motorcycle test to get the class M endorsement on your license.

  • Oke, thanks :)

  • that red is awesome especially in the sun. It truly sets the bike off imo

  • nice. get a tail tidy man. will get rid of the plate and signals overhanging your rear tyre

  • shift out of first damn it!!!

  • how do u block ur license plate on the video

  • my brother did that in sony vegas 8. Not really sure what he did :/

  • nice bike buddy... best of luck and be safe... take a safety course if you havent already

  • Thanks :) Signed up for the MSF for end of this month.
