I remember back in High School during the mid 80's we had a lockdown. What happened was this; our 300 lb. prom queen raided the school cafeteria one friday afternoon. Luckily, this happened after lunch so all she confiscated was a few chocolate puddings and some stale pizza boats. We dont have a siren when our school has a lockdown, our teachers just tell us to lock our doors & not to let students out, while they check the campus. I go to Kathleen Senior High school & if you were watching the news a couple of years ago, we had a lockdown cuz some guy killed a deputy near our area. Becuz of that, we had to stay in our 4th period classes till sometime around 8 oçlock while they looked for the guy & 1 time we had a lockdown and no one in our class even knew till it was over
