Thx for posting this Markus. I heard the Germans were way ahead with Solar. Why is it not affordable to the average person in North America but seems so commen there ?
WOW amazing video? how long does the "Starving" period last after converting? i tried to switch once but couldn't stop eating and my energy levels significantly dropped...
@mrdelerious2009 what do you mean by you 'could not stop eating'? It's kind of normal for many raw vegans especially the athletes. Check durianriders and freelea for ex. I don't personally but I'm only a beginner athlete :))
@mrdelerious2009 different for different people but for me the first couple of months where the worst and it was 3 or 4 months in before I stated putting on any weight and eating less again. That was over two years ago now. Raw has been the best decision I have ever made. All the best.
To me, deadlifts might kinda be the way of relaxing my mind :P just a grunt before the set and a loud roar after each rep, and after the set you do have a relaxed feel!
These people look so good because they actually eat like normal humans! Most people are sick and very fat because they eat McDonald's and crap like that! Go vegan if you wanna look good and be healthy!
I can't get over the spirituality of RAW eaters. Its blowing my mind. Its like, they are at a higher level then everyone else who eats crap, dead food.
@oscarhollywood IS very simple to answer that. Most people don´t realize that what you put in your body affect your mind. For example, most meat and dairy products contain hormones that affect our behavior. Beside that is the atictud, people who are into raw think different from the regular guys. Omega 6 fat stimulated the body to produce hormones, people fills theirself with this fat so much that they can not control their hormonal response to the stimules of the world.
@oscarhollywood Try this. Add more omega 3 to your diet and B vitamins and see the difference. You will be shock by just adding this factor. Then try go raw, that will absolutly blow your mind
Very Interesting... I'm seriously thinking about going raw vegan. Being a college student, I know this is going to take a lot of motivation and self-discipline.
This athlete is technically a vegetarian, not a vegan as he occasionally eats cheese and eggs. In training he is 100% raw vegan. But there's loads of other vegan athletes and bodybuilders.
not all japanese people live on mountains, most of them dont. the reason why they live long is because they dont eat a lot, a lot less oil in their diet.
Awsome video - I love hearing that this is possible - I'm a big meat eater but I hate the fact that I am. After having viewed some of the videos about animal abuse I can't stand the fact that I support the abuse when I buy meat. thanks
I absolutely love this video! It's so inspiring, you're a truly gifted film maker Markus. I want this DVD and the Wild Food and Free Medicine DVD. :D I'll be training to become a Chartered Herbalist here on the West Coast of Canada in a few months, I'm so excited!

a few weeks ago my mom made a vegy stew,it had potatoes, carrots i dont no what maybe chicken broth.dont no but my bones felt great and i felt really strong.
i do it myself without the info here because i study this for months, the info is crucial. There are things you feel when you change your diet that might scare you, that is why a proper guidence is needed. But there is not much more, in the end, than what you see on the video. Im not a big fan of the green shakes, i thing with nuts sprout of legumes and sprout of rice or similar or oat is enough to get high quality protein, xD but that is what i think
Hi markus. Well i figured it out what is on the shake xD. I will not tell to not spoil the promotional video but i want to tell you that i found a replacemente, maybe not that great, but very good and cheap. Is soaked oat and the secret is adding some lemon juice to the water and soaking it overnight (7 hours or so). I never bought the dvd and acomplish but i investigated for months in internet and with my body. I really recomend people to get the dvd because the transition is not easy
@MarkusRothkranz What is that water purifying machine called? How much did it cost. Also what do you think of the Natural bodybuilders who eat raw meat diets like Joshua Trentine?
Thx for this video, and a lot. Here are all the tips =). I figured it out. After 3 months i finish my raw vegan diet. And it was all posible because of this promotional video, here you give all the tips =). I was vegan when i saw this and also do meditation (key thing) when i see this i started the jourbey. Thanks a lot. Now im building my spartan body =) jeje. THanks a lot you guys for this. Im from Chile im spreading the words among my friends, creating better humans for saving our homeland.
After I read a Hatha yoga book it said you can basicly digest all food if you chew it enough and make a "mush" in your mouth before swallowing. But also it is unrealistic to think everybody can go vegan. Just take the middle path. If you have a choice in a restaurant for example to eat vegetable or meat you should choose the vegetable dish. But if you are invited to a dinner where there is only meat you should not go radical, just remember to chew it enough, then you can digest it.
I agree you can digest almost anything found in nature (Indians chewed meat 200 times before swallowing). But that does not mean we can eat bread, pasta, white rice, cereal, cheese and most cooked food. Chewing a thousand times will not change these dead acidic chemicals into anything our body can use. Meat is acidic and has no fiber, but it IS found in nature. I know a lot of vegetarian yoga spiritual healers who died of cancer because they ate dead cooked lifeless food. Live Food!
@MarkusRothkranz You can get lifeforce(Prana) out of all kinds of food and our body can use it. So what you are saying("...into anything our body can use.") is simply untrue. You can maybe get more out of live food but who is going to believe that radical statement? Cooking kills bacteria, for example E.Coli. And what do you mean by "acidic chemicals"? I know there is natural stomach acid so why is acid not natural if our body uses acid to break down food before it is in the small intestines.
I have friends who have been vegan since birth because they were vegan. The one guy is very big and is a bodybuilder. Actually, you should be able top get bigger on a plant based diet than an animal based diet because it is more absorbable.
question for you: did you get this muscular a decade ago before you became vegan and now you are maintaining it or you became this muscular in the last 10 years? That's my question.
the question is, was he already big before he went vegan ? i dont know if he would of ever gained that muscle had he not ate meat prior to becoming a vegan, i doubt it.
I noticed at 12m30s Wade said "When I do competitions, ... 100% raw, no cooked food ... " and at the end of the video there were cooked legumes in his salad from the salad bar. Is it safe to say Wade is only all-Raw during competitions?
Thank you very much Markus for keeping your promise in Hamburg, Germany to post the video with Wade. This will be the breakthrough in rawvegan bodybuilding. I hope the Fitness-Gyms will change their food supply and offer fresh and healthy mostly organic sunfood in their restaurants and green-smoothies at their drinking-bars. Health First! Arne Gronemeier

@Quick2000 This I would like to know, too. But nevertheless this is the greatest DVD news about raw vegan nutrition and bodybuilding.
