I think this arrangement is in the book "A Tarrega Collection" (Ariel Publications, 1980) "La Paloma," transcribed by Tarrega, is on page 24. It's without tablature, though.

@Dshadow98 I am not aware of any. There are several arrangements to this piece. Tarrega's is the most popular. There is also Sophocles Papas' which is less complicated but also less musical (in my personal opinion).
