@Chuckstein88 well....who said it was a sub that was sent to rescue people? For all we know (which is probably more likely ) a military sub was in the area, and with Sonar, saw the plane crash, and went to go see if there were survivors.

You crash at night, and the cut scene is shown during the morning, or afternoon. Give or take a day. And how fast do you think a sub would get there? If the sub was far out, it could easily take a day or so. In any event, it's a game and that's how they wanted to make it end. I mean come on... is a under water city realistic too?

If you mean the scene: Your hand goes on their foreheads and they sort of trance out of it and go back to normal. You get less Adam, but you also get Teddy bears with Adam as gifts.

As for the ending cutscene:

You help them out of Raptrue and as you're on your death bed, all of them gather around you as your family. ;___;

I was so happy with the teddy bears and 200 Adam, that I didn't pay attention to much else. But yeah, I think you get that every 3 little sisters you save, but I can't remember. Also, I got the Hypnotize Big Daddy tonic at some point and it could be upgraded. Not sure if you get that by harvesting, but I assume not.

Personally, I wish that instead of it being kill 1 little sister=bad, they should have had it on a scale. If you killed all little sisters, you get a terrible ending, if you killed most of them you get a bad ending, if you saved most of them, you get a good ending, and if you saved all of them, you get an awesome ending.

@Treblaine You are right in your own sense. Yes, anyone who kills an innocent life is a murderer. But, the crime of killing a little sister is diminished by this:

a) Jack needs that ADAM to survive. I'm pretty sure most people who would normally be considered decent would harvest the littles sisters. You'd have to be one good flipin' person if you'd save them.

b) Arguably, Little sisters are in so much torment that killing them is just euthanasia.

@StuffedAnimalPlanet The only way a child-murderer can redeem himself is by undoing their crimes, reload an old save and play the game no-harvesting. You didn't kill them by accident, you weren't forced to. If you killed a child -even one- for greed, that's monstrous.

The best indicator of future behaviour is PAST behaviour, if you killed once little girls it's not inconceivable that you would go the evil path once you had all the power of the city of Rapture at your fingertips.

boy did I ever goof up... I started out harvesting the Little Sisters, because I believed Atlas' word over that of the twisted **** who turned them into monsters. And that's what I thought I was killing: freakish little scavengers who just happened to look like children. The slugs just confirmed my suspicions.

By the time I wised up and started rescuing the little ones, it was too late.
