My Mom LOVES Mocha Almond Fudge ice cream, so i am hoping to make this for her, bring her around to vegan baking and eating!! Thanks Chloe!!

@mrbsac - I would check the ingredients of any chips you buy, there are definitely vegan cc's available :) (And of course we know that milk can come from rice, almond, coconut, soy... we have so many more options than the omnivores do, don't we? My folks *only* drink almond now, though they aren't vegan - they love the taste so much better!!)
