@hi1111is you honk at a pedestrian and wait for him/her to talk,ask for a racer, and when he,she tells you, you honk at the racer! hope it helps

@hi1111is When ur in ur garage and ur ready to race clikc on hit the street. when u arrive at ur driveway drive to the nearest pedestrian walking on the sidewalks, honk your horn at him/her a list will pop up saying the choices of what u can say to him. one of the selections will say "im looking for a race" the pedestrian will answer and all u have to do is follow the car blip in ur map to get to the racer
