Likely a level 1 vest and as such with that size of round one wouldn't softly say "holy fuck" like it was a casual event. This was back in march.. what happened since? Was there some serious investigation done? I was a Sea Shepherd supporter but when I looked at the evidence (or lack thereof), it just didn't add up. 6 months later and I can't find anything on what has been done. If they shot him, that is some serious shit. The Japanese even wanted it investigated but what happened? It's like Paul just shrugs it off. If I were him I'd demand the shooter be found and prosecuted. Searches online turn up nothing!

Yes your right there is many other nations. but why is most attention focused on Japan? because it is the only country to have breached the:
- United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea,
- United Nations Charter on Nature,
- The Antarctic Treaty System,
- The Convention on International Trade in Endangered
Species (CITES) and

Whaling

SO as you can see, Japans Antartic Whaling effects the worlds nations and people of all types. Eg Governments of south pacific with whale watching, Antarctic protection activist, general animal lovers, UN trades, ATS, CITES (only nation hunting endangered whales with the largest world quotas).
So thats why there is more against Japan as compared to norway, becuase it effects a wider range.
