I said the vast majority of South American teams are a joke - not all. Brazil are obviously an exception, along with Argentina. I was talking about the CONCACAF anyway, so Brazil and other CONMEBOL teams are not even included - I should have said "central American teams". Mexico is the only real opposition for USA qualifying - just look to the FIFA rankings. EUFA: 12 of the best 20 teams in the world to compete with or CONCACAF: 2 (USA and Mexico).
