hey guys, good job catching them. let me throw out a crazy idea. catch and collect then. then just let them go unless you're going to eat them. crawfish are great to eat, but you should cook them live and cooking a dozen won't be much of a meal. there's not much sense in killing all of them (other than the fun of playing with a knife). have fun.

If you are in the uk they are white claw crayfish ( the endangered ones) so It is illegal to catch or kill them.
