And when I Start game there is no money tree. I know how it looks, It's not under Parks sections I don't know what to do . please someone help me !

GRRR i always fail at my cities and need the aid of the money tree. I downloaded one last time i had the game installed, and i recently re-installed it. but i cant download of other sites other than the normal simcity EA one. I asked for my account details from EA.
