after watchin this episode i feel 4 sure tht nacy and ned hav more of a brother sister relationship than a bf gf relationship...i wish that they had been a bit more accurate with their writing. lik only having george and not bess...i think tht the whole dynamic is a bit off from the books :/

The first episode that I watched in this series was The Secret of the Whispering Walls in which they first show Ned driving around with Carson Drew. When Mr. D says 'Ned' I was thinking WHATTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT??????? I even rewound it a little to make sure I heard right... and THEN I was thinking OMGGGGGGGGGGGGG!!!!!! Is that NED??? I can forgive the suit and the hair and even the tie, but those GLASSES??? Uh uh, no way!

He is so unlike his description in the books. I expected a really hot looking jock-type, who would make other teenage girls jealous as hell. I'm not even sure if this guy fits into the book-club nerd category!!
