In gral fighting games need to be innovative in their way of playing, they're all the same...for example if you're doing an "interactive" palce to fight might as well make it pretty interactive, get caught between the rubble of the frickin crushed building that you just destroyed and the dust, or being somewhere slippery and stuff...

Is it just me or has the Tekken franchise been at a stand still (apart from some pretty visual tweaks) since Tekken 2. Fair enough graphical improvements are gr8 but watching that trailer left me yawning. I haven't enjoyed a Tekken game since Tekken 2. Its about time they thought of something a more innovative to shake up the beat'em'up genre and take it to another level otherwise this will merely be a rental for me... if I even bother! Mortal Kombat vs DC was at least an attempt at original.
