I think the movie is going to be good. I don't like what they have done with the costume but I'm going to try to not let that bug me. I also feel Andrew Garfield is to good looking to play prater Parker, not trying to sound gay but Peter is supposed to be a little nerdy kid. Another thing, why did the spider bite him on the neck, he always got bit on the hand. I'm also going to miss Mary Jane but lets see what Emma stone can do with Gwen.
that first person thing was cool it kinda feels like it would make a pretty cool ps3 game being spider man from a first person perspective would be awesome if done right

El reinicio fue para complacer a los fans con una historia mas parecida a la de los comics, lo mismo ocurrira con otras peliculas de super heroes que tambien reiniciaran de igual manera (Superman, Los 4 fantasticos, Punisher, TMNT y Spawn por mencionar algunos).

Ummm, actually no. This movie is a lot closer to the storyline than the other spiderman movies. Like how Gwen Stacy is his first girlfriend, just like in the comics.
@regulator619 true, im also thinking that just because nolan drastically changed how superheroes are looked upon, everyone is starting to do it, i wont be surprised if this movie is more dark and focused on the character rather than just the superheroe just like the batman series was. Nolan makes great movies.

There wont be any more spidey jokes or the level of characterization that Raimi gave it. This looks like it's going to fail. Nolan made the movie dark because Batman was dark. Why marvel is making spiderman dark makes no sense

You can't fuck with a character and make any drastic changes for no reason. it seems that they'er making it dark to follow a trend rather than serve the character. Batman was made dark because that is who he is a a character and in the comics. He was never meant to be gay and campy. Spiderman is supposed to be fairly upbeat not emo.
