@daenceca89 Sounds more like a problem of strength than of flexibility. You should probably work on improving your strength in your upper body and stability in your legs and then gradually incorporate the bridge stretches.

you shouldnt go onto your thumbs when your doing bridge - you can break your thumbs my doing that
