I think I got back injurys, My back hurts and I walk totaly weird... what should I do? Is there an exercise that helps my back get stronger without hurting it?
@taboakos either do 3-4 sets on each leg for 8-12 reps for a firmer butt or do 4-6 sets of 5-10 reps with a heavier weight for a bigger butt ON each leg
