To be perfectly honest, I do not like Carlos Mencia one bit. I think Joe Rogan is alright he sometimes has made me laugh but I would have to say that reusing material isn't commonplace in pop culture. Do people call out Tarantino for making all of his films "Homages" to others. No they don't and thats because he makes masterpiece (Mencia however just sorta sucks). Theres no such thing as originality anymore but really who cares as long as it works.
