  • A really easy snack is tacos. Use flour tortillas, add some shredded cheese, and microwave for 30 seconds with some chopped onion on top. You can add cilantro, whatever. Don't forget the hot sauce! I don't think vegetables have many calories. Also, vegetable soup is good--carrots, onion, tomato. Lift weights or something heavy and hand-held every two or three days. This increases your metabolism. I prefer to have oatmeal and honey for breakfast, with 4 ounces of juice and tea or coffee.

  • @animefan462 about 2 pounds a week, but part of that was because I was eating about 50% more than I should have been to begin with. I lost 70 pounds before I leveled off at 160. It was probably about 8 months altogether.

  • Sounds good. At least you're sticking to it. But that spray butter and jello stuff has got to be seriously bad for you. All processed foods will end up giving you cancer, so although you may look better, you'll probably die just as quick, no?

  • Instead of microwaving the sandwich, what you can do is bake it in the oven for 5 minutes on each side (350 on conventional) or until the both sides are a golden brown. The bread gets super crunchy and it's really good! Just be sure that you only lightly toast the bread in the toaster, otherwise you may want to use a little less time in the oven.

  • This product I tried and It did work! I guarantee!! How? u ask! cuz everything they tell you to track, works for you without you realizing your doing it!!   • I'm fat. I only eat organic. I take no pharma drugs. I thank God that He has blessed me with more than enough food to eat, and I look at my fat as a blessing. One day I may not be so fortunate, I'm not sure what's on the menue at camp FEMA. BTW, the lunch meat has nitrates, and the butter flavor / spray is hydrogenated (plastic) oil. The gelatin has preservatives and petro chemicles. It all has MSG (natural flavor) toxin in it too. You are poisoning yourself with artificial food. God bless

    .............but, please, have some uncooked vegetables too, otherwise you will have problems

  • if it would be too inconvenient, you can have two or three lemons a day. I drink then without sugar, at once, as a medicine, (I mean it don't have to be pleasant) and then, a cup of water to wash the mouth.

    Sometimes I have other fruits too but the good thing about lemons is that it can be stored for two to three months in the refrigerator, others vegetables don't. Besides, at least for me, the lemon is the one that makes a clear difference in the health.

  • WOW, I did not know that. I suppose you could skip the Jello & substitute turkey for ham. A little low in nutrients, I guess, but hey, being fat isn't all that great for you either.

  • Sorry. I'm not a nutritionist. I'm just passing along what worked for me.... I DO take supplements, but I did before as well. I would recommend them to anyone who is dieting.

    Glad you lost your Diabetes, and the meds! That's HUGE! I guess I understand the ham, but why the gelatin?
