I'm lvl 81, X-guardian. I would say it's worth it. Adds around 20-30 hours if your interested in the game, but I wouldn't go so far to say it would make you want to get to 130. I couldn't imagine spending that long.

to battle carnax go to rip in the sky go in the library click on the tomb go inside on the desk there are 2 scrolls click on the left scroll. there are several ways to battle safria what i do is go to darkovia forest go to battleground fight for the vampires and when your done you battle her.im not sure how to battle nightbane .
