no it isnt. its CrazyIntro, a plugin made for Preloader. it replaces the Safety Warning screen with 4 customizable buttons. his Crazy Intro has been set to launch the System Menu (Wii Menu) with A, the HBC with B, USB Loader on Dpad Up, and WAD Manager on Dpad Down. USB Loader is used to execute games placed on a simple hard drive of the sorts. free games can be launched with the press of a button. i'd use the USB loader if i had the patience to download a full wii game

That's the SD channel, a new feature exclusive to system menu 4.0 it lets you load your virtual console games and channels in general, straight from an SD or SDHC card.
