@davidpenwell1987 I like to tell people to train with what feels right to THEM. Jason is a high level NPC bodybuilder and this works for him, so more power to him!
@Lobliner ya but i also think bodybuilding needs to be about health... wouldnt you want the athletes to have a healthy body after they were retired from competing? i am sure many of the guys who were pro back in the day did what was right for them and now have of them had to change up their whole training because everything hurts too bad for them to move. atleast thats the way i understand it?
@Lobliner thats why i like the newer step into the era of "pre-hab" training in order to strengthen up the joints along with the muscles instead of just the muscles

They r trying to isolate the anterior deltoid by using a slight angle.
But yes this angle would also force the upper chest to kick in!

@davidpenwell1987 I agree but even with PERFECT form, training will make you feel it later when you train for hypertrophy.
