hey!!!!! wat u've done is good, but 4 me that is super easy, i could do more than like 20-25 of these, and in a month or so imma post a vid that countains a bunch of sick ass moves, and i bet 1 of the move imma do, none have even done before..... wen i finish the vid, i will post the link here, for u guys to c.... peace!!!
Just for everyone's benefit this requires alot of balance.Once u develop balance ur strength follows, trust me.U would need strong core muscles to achieve such a balance though, even more more for a heavy person like me. But if I put my mind to it I am pretty sure that I'll be able to accomplish it.
I weigh 100kg(220lbs) and i can easily bench press 160kgs but i still can't do what this guy did. Your muscles are highly specific meaning squating 200kg won't make u a better jumper or sprinter it'll just make u better squatter and vice versa.
@timmyconditioning - There's little strength development after thirty reps, after thirty it's just about endurance conditioning. Kind of like the difference between a sprinter and a marathoner.
Almost right, But common trainers rule says 15reps and above is for Muscular Endurance. If you´d build strength for a time then 12 and up counts as the same :)
Amazing balance dude, i forgot to count how much reps you did, i do 5 each hand in boxing.
And that dude who goes he does 25, lol his bullshitting some 14year old kid behind his computer can say all but he aint all that when your face to face with im, what a liar.
nor maths nor physics have anything to do with this, MOTOR UNIT RECRUITMENT: how much force you can voluntraily produce. THINK about training when you lay in bed, think about contracting when your training, and you will see difference
you should realize what your doing and wich muscles your contracting, I was fooling seieng if you had ANY understand of physics but you dont, I really can do 25 but only because this is even easier then normal handstand pushups. the supporting hand is extremely bent, giving twice the normal power
he is defintely from russia.

Exactly what I've been trying to tell people, people are suprised when I say that I can only do like 30 press ups but thats the exact reason why :)
