Great to have this information but I got dizzy from how many times you flipped and moved the phone around. If you do a review ever again, keep it still for a while and maybe get a look at other reviews first. Sorry the case didn't work but at least you may have saved others from the same " nightmare" .

do you get any battery Error with yours? I just got mine yesterday & I was excited about this but I have to tell you its a pice of garbage. my battery constantly turns itself off after a couple mins

Exactly the same thing happend to mine! It turned it self off and even "blocked" ALL of my signals, so I could not make a Call with the charging on. Yep.. its a piece of crap!

How About that ?!?!?!? I just told them this case does not WORK! Ivyskin have the poorest customer service I've seen and the just don't care about the problems you get. Ok guys, Ohh and one thing I forgot to mention.. I Also get Watermarks, that won't go away!

This is the answer I got back :
All of our battery packs get tested by multiple inspectors extensively on the 32GB iPhone before shipment. There is absolutely nothing wrong with them and work 100%

And thats not all. like everyone else, you had to make an account at ivyskin.com to order the case. After I discovered all this issues with my case,i decided to write to them. But first, I wantet to get my "order info" on their site. I couldn't log in to my account! They had deleted my account! So I sent them several mails ( almost spamed them ) and told about the problem.

Now the Battery. If you put the batterypack on, I loose EVERY signal on my iphone and it won't find any signal at all!! I tried this on my dad's iPhone to check if there was something wrong with my case. It wasn't. I lost every signal on both cases when turning the battery on. THATS A BAD THING!!! So you got a batterycase that you can't call with if you're using the batterypack!

I also have this smartcase,and it SUCKS!
First of all, the fit of the case is terrible.They've made the screen a little smaller, so you can't swipe you'r finger at the bottom.The case material is good, but comes appart after not very long. My case have allready started to loose color and you can see it falling appart some places,just after normal usage.The glass screen its very poor! I broke the glass after just cleaning it with a towel.
