good gym this,i come from a boxing background & since ive been coming here ive learnt alot of techniques from the martial arts side of things,the lads are are all respectful and we all learn off each other,the beauty of this gym is that all walks of life enter it & there is no machoism at all,i would recommend this gym to anyone,you can get fit at circuits,or you can learn boxing,kick boxing,judo,karate or ufc style fighting,its got all you need even a weights pit so get yaself there chris mac
