you talk about the sear station on the Napoleon but not on the Webber. They are significantly different. What is the functional difference?

Great video, I think it is the only actual (review) I can find, I bought a Genesis EP-330 to replace my 18yr old Weber Genesis, it was handed down to my daughter-still in perfect condition.

Excellent review, narrowed my decision to US EP-330 and the Napoleon P450. Weber Alliance partner here in Florida had both product lines on display, did shake test on all, great simple test of initial quality. Tough call? Both solid construction and quality materials (best in class warranty too). Bought Weber, liked searing station / flush mounted side burner on the Weber! I would recommend buying from a dealer like Friendly Fires that knows the product and is equipped to service grill.

just wanted to say thanks for this and "the cheap grill" video.. We already had placed an order for a Weber EP310 but I'll show this to my wife to reinforce that we made a smart decision. =]
