They don't HAVE to keep a tally - but they mostly do it because it keeps them in office. The same way smart businesses focus on customer service... Not sure why they hung up. Diane Watson has a good record on supporting Darfur legislation. I would call again and ask if she plans to support this funding...

You might be surprised to know that invading Iraq was not my idea... The same way bombing unarmed civilians in Darfur was not yours...

I called my representative, Diane Watson. All they said was "okay" and hung up. Odd indeed. How do we know they are really taking a tally?
