Always helps to have it explained again. I had a 'mystery disease'. Started w what appeared to be a coyluple dozen PE's. Yes. A couple dozen. I was gurgling when I breathed so an open lung biopsy showed dead tissue from the blood clots n amptied over 3&1/2 liters of fluid from pleural space on rt side. I liter thorocentesis on L side. Both lungs completely adhered to chest wall. Later. Open lung biopsy on left side turned into lung wedge resection. Removing fist size growth from pericardia wall
