This happens to me often, but whenever they don't use their turn signals, I honk my horn at them. Been in several close calls because of that. Also, please remember to check behind you before opening the car door when parked in a street.... I've seen doors ripped off that way. If you're driving and you see a car door opening, don't hesitate to use the horn if you need to. Its better to drive away looking like an asshole than to rip the door apart and incur unneeded "inconviences"....

He was in the wrong, but its clear hes not familiar with the area, and didnt intend to exit, so he needed to merge right. He indicated, and yeh he was a little over the line, but a bit of consideration from others to just slow down a bit and let him in would be nice.

The guy in the green Accord obviously realised he is in the wrong lane and is correctly slowing up while indicating. The centre lane  (in which our Tourettes Syndrome driver is driving) has a reasonably clear gap considering the slower speed everyone using it are travelling. The Tourettes driver honks his horn because he selfishly wanted the empty 50yd space in front him and because of that, the car in front braked!. This could have caused an serious accident.
