You run into one problem there,,,, who determines if the arrest is unlawful?? I mean, a drug dealer being arrested will tell you he is innocent and fight. Does that give him the right to do so? I really dont think any of these would hold up in court if you resisted arrest unless you were arrested on a falsely issued warrant.

We need mechanics to keep our vehicles running. We need attorneys to keep a legal system running. Violations and crimes are two different things. You can receive a criminal cite for a crime instead of being arrested, but it is still a crime.
