Sinclair has a free speech area where all demonstrations are supposed to be held, go in the Police department and check the map. And these people were not just handing out pamphlets, there were some that were calling girls whores and other people sinners at random.

Black and blue marks can be made many different ways. There are items of circumstantial evidence. The best thing the officer can do is to tell the truth on the stand. His "story" will never survive cross examination. Understand that evidence in a case like this can be obtained days, weeks or even months later.

The school actuallly encourages guests that are not students because in the library there is a station for guests to sign into the computers.
