Srsly, for me, Crysis 2 was a huge disappointment really. I mean come on, THE ALIENS ARE TAKING CONTROL OF NEW YORK!!! NEW YORK!!! There never really is any love given to the actual setting of the game and it's just feels like "another location in a video game". Never gave a damn about the stuff I was doing. And I really didn't like the guns in the game either, all of them felt too soft and stuff. Ugh. The ending was the only thing worth it.

Wow, stop saying Consoles have ruined PC gaming, they haven't. The reason the game has been made like it has is not for consoles. It's because not everybody has the best, latest software in their computers, and don't want to pay £40 for Crysis 2 if they have to spend £50+ on new hardware to be able to play it. Also, no destructible environments "dumbed down" suits,etc, is because people demanded a Crysis release, so they rushed it. I love PC too, but don't try and pin it on consoles alone. :P

Crytek really did lie about the console version. There was no dx10 or 11. Not to mention there are no graphics options at all. Like other Crytek fans i am extremely disappointed with Crysis 2. I thought that the makers of Crysis would push the barriers of today's PC power but they chickened out. If they were so worried about lowering the graphics for others why didn't they make low settings for crappy computers and Extreme settings for those who want to push their PC to the limit.
