You can do simple exercises and work out stiffness easily. Size and speed like his is extremelely hard to find. Hes 260 i believe and runs a 4.6 thats crazy.
FSU has an allstar class brewing. Joyner and Luc. Soon C. Green and C. Jones. Thats the makings of a top 5 class. Steal Elam and Lattimore and it would be #1 for sure.

Jeff had to leave Miami for all of you people, he probly wouldnt be here if he didnt move to the treasure coast, the street life in some places just cant seem to get away from some people. Glad he moved here, so many memories, higlights, fun times the city had with all the prospects here now, we all grew up together mostly getting along coming from all different places. If he didnt move, we might be missin out on the greatest linebacker anyone has ever seen, football needs a killer, we've got it

Delvin Jones wasn't even being recruited hard by the Gators or even high on are boards idky there calling it a steal... and Vols taking him is showing signs that there losing the battle to bring in Ronald Powell and now a battle between USC and Gators and looking to also bring in Owamagbe Odigahzuwa,Lyden Trail and Shariff Floyd also Dominque Easly might still be on are board but i doubt it after we didn't except his verbal just like Ambles

from my sources he did great at FNL and he said he would not commit (today) he said not worry (to Gator fans at FNL) also Urban was by his side all night talking to him i feel really confident but it's a long ways to go and it will be a battle in the end with FSU for him probaly another college included but everything points to him staying instate hope its true would love to see him in O&B he will defeintly get playing time with the Gators and most likely take the helm at MLB
