Personally I don't think this movie is fiction at all. I think this movie is reflecting reality an very evil British based elite are secretly running the United States. The British Character in this movie I think was supposed to be a representation of the fact that the British were illegally and criminally running the US without the permission of the American people. This is a great film I highly recommend it That tells whats reallly going on especially in our current very dark times.

It is very interesting to me that a British Guy is the head of the Govt Conspiracy of Black Helicopters in this movie. That is interesting because I know Jordan Maxwell as the Larouche people that the British are secretly running the United States from behind the scenes. THis film is about the secret govt of the US. Also in its never directly said but the British guy does seem to have a lot of power than expected from someone just being a colonel. He was also very evil.
