Good old Henry Corden. If he's not doing some voice for HB, then he showing up on "Hogans' Heroes" or trying to get the rent money from Micky, Davy, Mike and Peter (The Monkees) or doing some acting on some movie or other tv shows.
Another character actor Voice used on the show was- EVERETT SLOANE. He was the voice of the wheelchair bound villain, in the Turku episode. Another animated show from that time that he voiced was- Dick Tracy, on the The Dick Tracy Show, To put face with voice, just watch the Classic Film- Citizen Kane. He was was Mr. Bernstein.
I love the Jhony Quest Cartoon. I would put it. Agast any of the new junk. Back then bad guys. Were real bad guys. Not like to today. Were we are afried to hurt any one.. To day the adults in cartoons. Are always dum. There kids are to busy. Pulling pranks on there fathers. Back then men of science. Were inventing cool stuff. The only new cartoon I like. Is the Venture Brothers. But you know were they got. That idea from. Lol. Lol. -_-
When will it air again? I'd really like to see this. I was a huge fan of Jonny Quest and still am. I had no idea it was only on for one season - especially since I remember hearing Jonny's voice (Tim Matheson - later as Jace in Space Ghost, and Animal House)gradually begin to change from episode to episode.
Looks like a documentary but whatever it is it's very good. It's amazing that all those shows made their debut in the fall of 1964 they are all considered classics.
I was just thinking that...and today, writers or more so, television producers aren't that brave to take chances on shows where they can push out practically seven REALLY good and artistic shows all in the same year as they did back in the 60's.
Thank You for posting this-i only wish it were included with Warner Home Video's
2004 DVD release, because such a detailed account of "JONNY QUEST" would
have been greatly preferred in the special features. you covered many of the key
facts, here,,which is much, much more then anybody has ever done,,so Thank You
Again!! Henry Corden and Vic Perrin were indeed the main voices of this series,
and you sure gave great insight to that fact! these are people are irreplacable!!

@DarPower1 But it was with a different voice cast, different music and different animation. Nowhere near as good as the original imho.

OK, that's the flintstones voice I thought I heard. I've also heard that voice in Thundaar cartoons.
