I've been around magic for about 20 years and have never heard that sleight called "the Snuff Box". Nonsense. It's called the Downs Palm.

In anatomy, "snuff box" can be used to refer to part of the hand but it's not where that coin was going! The snuff box is on the back of the hand where the wrist meets the hand at the base of the thumb. There's a bit of a well there... suitable for snorting snuff in the Victorian era.
