  • Ive Just noticed @2.00 paul Ince thinking.......Is that a one legged linesman in the picture..LOL

  • That's a very good spot !!!! Maybe you should become a researcher for Harry Hill !

  • I went, it was a great day out but unfortuneately 'wimbledon' won but the town fans were more passionate and noisy-proper fans.

  • Lets be honest your penalty wasnt a penalty and it changed game great day tho

  • you got to admit mk dons fans have shit atmosphere when i went wembley all i could hear was grimsby fans. shit fans

  • I guess this has several reasons. On the day in any stadium you can always hear the fans you are nearer to more easily. I would also suggest that as a more established club the Grimsby fans will have built up a more intense relationshiop with their club over the years.

  • Although it was not a home game for MK, I think the 'home game/away game' element was there, where the team had more supporters there so the 'noisy passionate fans' were more spread out, and of course MK had more fans than their avaerage home game - lots of family and friends came too.

  • Away fans (and smaller groups) can always create a more intense (if smaller) atmosphere cos these tend to be the fans who care most. Probabaly the atmosphere and passion was rh e same for both teams, just more diluted at the MK end cos of the extra day trippers. Just a theory, but I used to follow the ice hockey intently, and it tended to be true there. Away matches always better as only the more passionate, niost fans travelled. - Mk much easier journey to Wembley.

  • The atmosphere where i was among the MK supporters seemed fine , however i have thought about what you said and come uip with some ideas -

  • No it's because most numbers were neturals. STFU dickhead..

  • a pheniox rises from the ashes. wimbledon was going broke and pete winkleman brought it up to mk.

  • i went to the match because i played at wembley about 1 hour before the grimsby v mk donss match. you might have seen me. i am from west kirby grammar school. i wanted grimsby to win but i think it was still a great match and i loved it!:D

checkout my journey and when i was at wembley. type in ROAD TO WEMBLEY!! 2.

    brill video by the way!:]

  • Well Done MK Dons, I went to Wembley too and i had a great day! I really enjoyed it what happens on the day.

    Thanks MK.

    Grimsby Supporter.

  • TOWN TO GET FOR THE PLAYOFFS, THEN ANOTHER VISIT tO WEMBLEY COME ON YOU BLACK AND WHITES!!!

  • Congratulations MK on your cup win.

We gave it a good shot, had a few tries but you outplayed us most of the game. Our penalty was unluckily, the pressure of taking a spot-kick at Wembley must be terrible. I still feel disapointed at your penalty desicion, as it was the wrong one, but what has been done can't be undone.

Well done again, unlucky Town. Good luck in League 1 and with some hope, we mite see you there. UTM!

Oh, and there isn't a crowd like the Grimsby Barmy Army!

  • unluky grimsby well done mk dons:(

  • well done mk dons but come on the first penalty, 3 of your players were offside, but still u deserved it, hope u win the league aswell

  • it's like karma

first half was a blaten handball

    the universe sorted itself out

  • what a game i'm 4 mk but i can't help but thnk what would have happened if we hadn't saved the penalty!

  • Well done to MK Dongs players outplayed us today ... Grimsby Town Fans outsung you though, who by far created a better atmosphere, even when you went 1-0 up. Good luck in League 1 anyway

  • thanks m8 mk army .

  • Well played MK you deserved it today.... :o(
