House wind turbine are not that efficient especially in cities.Subsidy for small wind turbines doesnt exist yet. You are using a very good camera at the point where you show the aviation lights.Adjusting the light sensitivity of your camera shows the result we can see.

But actually this is NOT what you see with your eyes.

Also those light are imposed by the aviation athorities for the airplanes.
