Thank you for this, I've loved 2nd Chapter of Acts for so long, (both of those "Hymns" albums are pure joy). Thank you Annie for your testimony, seeing you in concert and hearing your music I had always assumed "OK this seems to be a girl who was brought up in church and never really fell into the darkness of this worlds habits" wow, I'm enlightened now, Joy flooded my soul and the chains fell from me also when I found HIM. Please pray for someone I know, He needs to be delivered also.
Annie, I have a very similar testimony. I have never heard of another modern-day person seeing and speaking with Christ. I did not see His face; it was obscured by light. I was also 23 and in the occult. All these years the thing that has kept me on the road is the remembrance of meeting Him, of Him coming to me. But right now I am having a hard time in my walk. Very hard. How can you doubt Whom you've seen? Yet that's where I'm wavering now. Doubt.
@GlorifyHim888 I appreciate all these honest postings. Similar experience, I haven't seen Jesus, except twice since 1972. And niether of those two times did he speak....just looked at me and grinned. The first time, He told me that He had been following me, and that He hoped I would turn around, so we could become friends, and that He had taken care of every obstacle. I melted, and said ok! That has endured for me through some thick, and much thin! He never ever forgets!

I am having a hard time with my walk as my life nothing to date has come out right I was born and wanted to die by the age of 6 I am now 55 and disabled as I have never made it and hearing this music and speech at times only keeps me going I have never made it through life and this is bringing some hope back that I have not had in years when they still played in the 1970s over 30 years ago . I wish I could get receive from God the hope that I have Lost . I live in Idaho Falls now with no hope
@dave30120 Jesus Christ is your Living Hope. He is our Peace. This world / life is just the bus station where we wait for our ride to come and take us Home. While we wait, the Father asks us to pass the word to the lost, the hungry, the lonely, the seeking that they are welcome to come along. If God has placed a vision on your heart, wait on Him to bring it to pass, and while you are doing this, delight yourself in Him, for He will give you the desires of your heart. Ps 37
@dave30120 :You have hope but you must put out a little faith Dave. Making it in this life is not important...it's knowing the Lord that's important. This life is a vapor, eternity is what Christ offers you. I have never 'made it' either and in a way I'm glad because He asks us to forsake this world and its corrupt ways. I also have a disability that I have to live with. Just start talking to Him aagain and see what happens.
I remember a long time ago.I was in line after a concert and when I came to Annie she grabbed my arm with both of her arms and looked up into my eyes with goo goo eyes.I always remembered that.God Bless you and your house.
I remember Annie....I had every single album she ever did and also every 2nd Chapter album. I am not even christian anymore but I still love her voice and look back to that time and that music fondly.
@moomman89 : The Rapture could happen at any time. Recent info leads me to believe that when the war of Ezekiel 38:1-6 happens (Russia and Iran come against Isra-El) we GO. Russian and Iran are now talking about attacking Isra-El.
@GlorifyHim888 Wow! I left my post a year ago.Even now as it looks like war. Ezekiel 38 looks to be in the last part of the 3 1/2 years of the Tribulation. But I believe in the Pre-Trib. rapture.Look you Paulbegley34 here on you tube.He talks about the News and Bible times of today.Check him out.
@laffingdukk :not Christian anymore? if you were born again it is impossible to fall out of His Hands. Maybe you are so backslidden you can't see the forest for the trees. I suggest getting on your knees and to start talking with Him again.
