Only just found out that my loss of vision and shakes after the ice dunk was in fact the first stages of hyperthermia. Thankfully managed to run it off, but might wear more than a supergirl costume next time.

first time ive done it!! and i agree it was sooo cold and painfull, the brain freeze was unbelievable, but i still really enjoyed it.
