How does liam get that double effect on his voice? I know he uses reverb but it seems that he only has this particular sound in 1994-1995.

@BlowBackBenny The effect is called the "chorus effect". Liams vocals would have been going through a vocal effects proccesor which has different effects. eg reverb, chorus, echo, phaser and various other effects.
