Yea they're hair is real you can tell because when they were 14-15 on sister sister they're hair is naturally curly and long, they proably just chemically straightened it. Plus on The game Tia talks about how she had to cut her hair as her role of 'Melanie' on The Game. and how she's always had long hair her whole life, therefore meaning it's real. Lol

Plus they are half white from their fathers side. :)
